  Most staff are surprisingly compassionate, patient and caring. There's one nurse in the ER, I believe her name is Kate, who has been absolutely amazing and caring during the 20+ times I've had to go to the ER over the past 7 years due to complex medical problems. So, Kate if you read this, Thank You for being so compassionate and caring. Dr. Mann in the ER needs to learn how to provide compassionate non-judgmental care. I was taken to the ER by ambulance because I fainted 24 hours after surgery under general anesthetic. Dr. Mann was the ER doctor at the time, the first thing she asked was "How's school going? How are you getting along with your family and friends?" Wait what does relationships got to do with fainting after major ENT surgery. Next time, it would be better to ask "How are you feeling?"

  My uncle was staying at the hospital after he was assulted and has brain damage. While he was staying at the hospital, he was unpredictable at times on what he might do or say. One day, he decided to call a cab and go home with no shoes on. His room was on the 5th floor and no one thought to stop him on the way down to the G floor. Not only that, he had an alarm on his bed in case he got up and NO ONE thought to check the alarm! He manage to walk out the front door and take the cab home! Not to mention that no one was looking for him after they were notified! Thank God my cousin's friend brought him back to the hospital. My family and I are furious with this hospital! Never trust this hospital, they are NOT reliable!
